The Connection between Politics and Religion!

I do believe that the first line connection between politics, business and love, is something worth thinking until religion is used by some gangs in politics to make crisis. That's exactly what had happened in Sudan. In this case the connection between politics business and religion is the cause of the deterioration in every level of living in Sudan.

The Art of Prime Ministering

A while back ago we'd a prime minister in Sudan who thought that he has been born a prime minister.

It's absolutely his rights to feel that he has born with a "prime ministering" spoon in his mouth.

But, it's my rights too as a journalist and observer to say the "prime ministering" art is made easy to be obtained by democratic elections and to protect the democracy from being stolen by the soldiers in the army.

Unfortunately that prime minister has been the cause of the army coup d'etat which brought the recent unauthorized government to the governing deck. And he proves that he has no luck of this simple little thing I call the "art of prime ministering".

Which is better, the Cold War or the New World (dis)Order?!

If you feel it's getting worse from the Bird Flu to the tragedy of the Cartoons; from the killings in Iraq to the conflict in Western Sudan; from the British "poli-Islamic" troubleshooting; to the tension in Indonesia; don't panic because it will not be the end of the Erath, though it's disastrous chaotic situation?.

I am just wondering with a question to the American Administration that transmitted from Ronald Reagan all the way to George Bush:

Which is best to the World, is it the Cold War, or this New World (dis)Order?! Fill the poll.

Cartoons' Tragedy!

I presume that the journalist, who has portrayed the Prophet Muhammad with a bomb in his turban, in the Danish "Jyllands-Posten" newspaper in last September, knows nothing about the Islamic tradition which explicitly prohibits any depiction of Allah or the Prophet.

The journalist doesn't have a clue to any Oriental culture. This could possibly be one of the journalism's profession defects in Denmark which represents journalists without global cultural backgrounds.

Some other people in Denmark don't take any religion seriously and they can make anything like the cartoons and say "det er kun for sjovt" which means "it's only for fun".

The Danish people in general are not so much religious and they don't care about any portray of any prophet; and some artists who are working on this field of creation can make fun out of any character according to their freedom of expression.

This FACT is absent in the Muslim World.

Some other people could possibly exploit this opportunity to disturb the World by connecting the terrorists' actions to the Prophet.

Ethiopian Opposition Protest Shapes Out!

Events are escalating and the political weather is tense again in Addis Ababa while 19 Ethiopian opposition leasers denied bail.

Those political leaders, who began a hunger strike a week ago, to protest their detaining, looked tired upon appearance to hear their bail.

They've been put into custody and were suspected of treason, a crime punished by execution in Ethiopia. There were three journalists and one trade unionist who also appeared in court.

The 23 detainees who protested the 15 May elections' results, and accused of causing eruptions in which 42 people were killed, are still in prison since the 1st of November.

There were two women, none of which had been charged before in a court.

Crackdown on Democracy in Ethiopia!

Political situation is "tense but calm" after a total disturbance in Addis Ababa the capital city of Ethiopia, media sources indicate in this month reports.

Reports are saying the Ethiopian government is not up to its obligations towards democracy, while riots irrupted, students and other citizens killed, the government security conducted several arrests, and the Ethiopian Prime Minster attacked the EU in his speech.

PM Meles Zenawi condemned the International pressures to release the detainees and said his government will not bow to any pressure. He announced that only those who were not involved in the disturbances would be released, and the others will be treated according the law and order.

The United States and European Union urged the Ethiopian government to end its crackdown on opposition leaders, thousands of whom were arrested during bloody clashes between demonstrators and police in Addis Ababa. These clashes left at least 46 people dead.

The EU and US issued a 10 demands statement including a review of parliamentary rules that are restricting the democratic procedures in the Parliament, lifting restrictions on opposition leaders, freeing all political detainees, releasing the names of people in detention and reopening private media.

The Miserable Horn of Africa!

When we say miserable Horn of Africa, we do mean it, because the news speaks about this fact every week.

The misery continues to unfold the negatives the Horn of Africa lives everyday through these political events we read about in different media resources.

We've proofs in those events, so we're not claiming false when we say the political situations in the Horn of Africa are not so much that improved, since the independence of those states there.

Developing the Policy of Hunger!

They're still developing the policy of hunger to keep the people busy by themselves!

Those are very strange group of people who are modifying their political shape, but not agenda, since the date they'd established their "Muslim Brothers" party early in the late fortieth.

Nevertheless, this party has nothing to do with "Islam"; it has been influenced by the Egyptian "Muslim Brothers" party to implement the same political economy agenda against their brothers in "Allah" and all other believers in their homeland.

The Sudanese politics, is hardly "infected with greediness" by this party since Sudan independence from the British colonization. The painful fact is that the British had left the country in the hand of a couple of landlords, biased with the same "Islamic Allegations".

So, the Sudanese independence had been born "an orphan by surgery".

Our Blogging Philosophy

This artsublog blog is not created to entice anybody or any political power. However, the blog stands strong against dictators and odd people in decision-making circles. It is a fact that some democracies are not more than false democracies. Some people we know in Europe practice politics as aristocratic way of thinking or a propaganda that says: Yes, we have democracy. That kind of democracy is cliché of democracy but not the right one.

Not withstanding this clarification of our thoughts we want to bring your attention to writing political articles on this blog or commenting on those hot lines.

We encourage you at the same time to send us arts too. This makes political content warm. Any kind of arts, like painting, sculpture works in photos, any design and animation, any opera and theatrical work in photos and so. Do not forget any other electronically work in pictures.
